Please be advised that due to a scheduled inspection of the electricity supply system in HKCAAVQ Office in Siu Sai Wan, e-Portal, QA i-Portal, email and voice phone services will be temporarily suspended on:

Public consultation: IR-320 Manual and PIR-320 Manual
Following the passage of the Post Secondary Colleges (Amendment) Bill 2025, the draft IR-320 Manual and PIR-320 Manual are now available on the HKCAAVQ website for public consultation. The consultation period is from 25 August 2025 to 5 October 2025.
Members of the public are invited to submit their views by email to IR320consultation@hkcaavq.edu.hk during the consultation period.

HKCAAVQ Garners the Second Gold Award in Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme
The website of HKCAAVQ has proudly been awarded the Gold Award in the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2024-2025 for the second consecutive year. This Scheme is organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and co-organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), with the Equal Opportunities Commission serving as the independent advisor.
HKCAAVQ remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing digital transformation and enhancing service quality. Accordingly, we successfully launched our revamped website in 2022, designed to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA requirements.
