Qualifications Register - System Maintenance on 28 May 2026
The Qualifications Register (QR) website (www.hkqr.gov.hk) will be undergoing system maintenance on 28 May 2026 (Thursday) 9:00am - 12noon.
There will be ad hoc suspension of the QR during the maintenance period. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Enhancement of Electricity Supply System - Service Interruption on 23 to 25 May 2026
Please be advised that due to an enhancement work of the electricity supply system in HKCAAVQ Office in Siu Sai Wan, e-Portal, QA i-Portal, email and voice phone services will be temporarily suspended on:
23 May 2026 (Saturday), 8:00 am to 25 May 2026 (Monday), 6:00 pm *

Revised Fee Schedule for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Activities
As the appointed Assessment Authority by the Insurance Authority, the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) is pleased to offer assessment and vetting services for CPD activities. To ensure that we are able to continue to provide high-quality services, the fee for the assessment of CPD activities will increase 1.4%, taking effect from 1 June 2026. The revised fee schedule will be found in relevant Guidance Notes on the HKCAAVQ website after the effective date.

Revised Fee Schedule for Accreditation Exercises
The Permanent Secretary for Education has, under delegated authority, approved fee adjustments for accreditation services provided by HKCAAVQ for the coming financial year 2025/26 in accordance with the HKCAAVQ Ordinance (Cap. 1150). The revised fee schedule will be effective for all accreditation exercises with service agreements signed on or after 1 April 2025. The revised fee schedule and its explanatory notes effective as of 1 April 2025 will be found on the HKCAAVQ website.

Invitation to Tender for System Development of Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub Project
Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) invites service providers to submit proposals for the system development of Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub (HKDCHub) Project.
Please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for details:

A briefing session will be conducted to provide interested service providers with an overview of the project requirements:
Date: 9 March 2026 (Monday)
Time: 2:30 pm
Venue: HKCAAVQ Office, 10 Siu Sai Wan Road, Chai Wan
Service providers wishing to attend should register via email (ofeliafok@hkcaavq.edu.hk) preferably on or before 6 March 2026 (Friday) to facilitate logistics arrangements.
Tender proposals must be prepared according to the guidelines provided in the RFP document and submitted on or before 13 April 2026 (Monday), 5:00pm.
