HKCAAVQ participated in the Education & Careers Expo 2026, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22 to 25 January 2026. HKCAAVQ’s booth in the Local Studies Zone this year offered an interactive experience for the public that showcased HKCAAVQ’s statutory functions and service scope, and provided consultation services on our qualifications assessment service and the use of the Qualifications Register.
The Expo brought together student groups and individuals seeking further studies and career opportunities from across industries, regions and age groups, providing HKCAAVQ with a valuable platform to engage with the public. During the event, Ms Lizt Wong, Head and Senior Registrar, QFQR & IT of HKCAAVQ, spoke at the seminar themed “HKQR for Quality Qualifications – Your Compass for Lifelong Learning”, highlighting the role of the Qualifications Register in empowering individuals to plan their careers and learning pathways, and to pursue lifelong learning.
