HKCAAVQ is pleased to announce the renewal of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United Kingdom’s Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).
The signing ceremony took place on 13 May 2026. Mr Albert Chow, Executive Director of HKCAAVQ, and Professor Karl Leydecker, Interim Chief Executive of QAA, signed the MoU. The ceremony was witnessed by Dr Joe Hong, Deputy Executive Director (Academic) of HKCAAVQ, Dr Sau-mee Chiu, Deputy Executive Director (Vocational and Professional Education and Training) of HKCAAVQ, and Ms Shannon Stowers, Director of International Policy & Engagement of QAA.
Mr Albert Chow, on behalf of HKCAAVQ, expressed his honour in reconnecting with QAA. He described the renewed partnership as an important milestone for both organisations to further strengthen their collaborations. He emphasised HKCAAVQ’s commitment to working closely with QAA to align quality assurance practices across local, regional, and international levels.
