Invitation for Expression of Interest (“EOI”) for System Development of HKDCHub Project
Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) invites submission to indicate the interest in the system development of Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub ("HKDCHub") Project.
Please refer to the EOI document for details and submit the proforma appended in the document on or before HKT 5:00pm, 6 February 2026 (Friday).
