Public consultation: IR-320 Manual and PIR-320 Manual
Following the passage of the Post Secondary Colleges (Amendment) Bill 2025, the draft IR-320 Manual and PIR-320 Manual are now available on the HKCAAVQ website for public consultation. The consultation period is from 25 August 2025 to 5 October 2025.
Members of the public are invited to submit their views by email to IR320consultation@hkcaavq.edu.hk during the consultation period.
