During the reporting period, a wide spectrum of operators, ίజѓಂʫd൙ᄲ҅ᐏʔΝᗳۨٙᐄ፬
including the Employee Retraining Board, the Correctional Services ٫ᒗሗ౤Զʫ௅੃৅d຅ʕܼ̍྇ࡰΎ
Department, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Macao ੃৅҅eᕾ઺໇e࠰ಥစᖵኪ৫ʿዦژ
Tertiary Education Services Office (now known as Higher Education ৷ഃ઺ԃႾп፬ʈ܃€ତΤމ৷ഃ઺ԃ
Bureau), commissioned HKCAAVQ to provide tailor-made training. ҅ഃf

With the launch of the revised accreditation standards of the Four- ᎇഹ̬චݬሯ९ڭᗇ೻ҏɨٙ൙ᄲᅺ๟
stage QA Process, it is expected that the general demand for training ࡌࠈ͉પ̈dཫࣘ੃৅ცӋਗ਼ึ޴Ꮠ౤
will increase. To cope with the demand, HKCAAVQ has embarked ৷fΪϤd൙ᄲ҅ක֐ਗ਼ɓԬ੬஝ٙ੃
on migrating some of our regular training, such as induction training ৅dԷνਖ਼࢕ٙ൙ᄲᔊʧʈЪѥdᔷᜊ
for specialists, to online delivery, allowing our training resources to be މၣɪሙ೻d˸౤ʺ੃৅༟๕ٙࣖूf
allocated to activities with higher demand.

As outlined in the Strategic Plan 2015-2019, HKCAAVQ strives ߘ൙ᄲ҅ഄଫ೯࢝ࠇྌ2015-2019™ʘ
to provide training through multiple delivery modes to meet the ɨd൙ᄲ҅ߧɢஷཀ౤Զεᅵٙબሙᅼ
increasingly diverse and evolving needs of operators, specialists and όd˸ৣΥᐄ፬٫eਖ਼࢕˸ʿ΢ήሯ९
quality assurance agencies in the region. ڭᗇዚ࿴˚ूεᅵʷձၾࣛࡆආٙც

Aligning with this strategic direction, HKCAAVQ launched the ಃഹϤഄଫ˙Σd൙ᄲ҅׵2019ϋ1˜
HKCAAVQ Specialist Online Learning Platform (SOLP) in January પ̈ə˜൙ᄲ҅ਖ਼࢕ၣɪኪ୦̨̻™fϤ
2019. The SOLP is built on the Moodle learning platform which, in ၣɪኪ୦̨̻ܔͭ׵Moodleኪ୦̨̻d
addition to supporting the majority of browsers, is also available as a MoodleʔШ˕౪ɽ௅ʱၣࠫᓭᚎኜdһ
mobile app. Ո௪˓ዚᏐ͜೻όdԴ͜˙کf

At this early phase of implementation, a four-week induction course ίપБڋಂd͉҅પ̈əɓࡈމಂ̬݋
in two languages, Chinese (Cantonese) and English, has been ಂٙʕ˖€ᄿ؇༑ձߵ˖و͉ٙ൙ᄲ
developed. To encourage peer learning among the specialists and to ᔊʧሙ೻fމོᎸਖ਼࢕΍Νኪ୦dԨᜫ
provide them with better online support, specialists will be invited to ൙ᄲ҅ঐ੄౤ԶһԳٙၣɪ˕౪dਖ਼࢕
enrol into the induction course by batch. ਗ਼ʱҭᐏᒗሗਞၾϤሙ೻f

With the launch of SOLP, specialists can enjoy the enhanced flexibility ᎇഹ˜ਖ਼࢕ၣɪኪ୦̨̻™પ̈dਖ਼࢕̙
of attending induction training anywhere anytime. һᜳݺήਞ̋ᔊʧ੃৅f
