Capacity Building for Stakeholders މܵ΅٫ᑘ፬ݺਗ
Training is a statutory function of HKCAAVQ aiming to equip the ᑘ፬ݺਗɗ൙ᄲ҅Չʕɓධج֛ᔖ
operators, specialists and staff members of HKCAAVQ with a good ঐfϙίᜫሙᐄ፬٫e൙ᄲ҅ਖ਼
understanding of the accreditation standards and process, supporting ձᔖࡰ࿁൙ᄲᅺʿݴϞ̂ʱə
the development of the HKQF. HKCAAVQ provides training to ༆d˸п࠰ಥ༟ዝݖٙ೯࢝f൙ᄲ҅
operators and specialists in the form of regular, thematic and tailor- הԶٙݺਗ˴ࠅʱމɧᗳj֛ಂ
made workshops. During the reporting period, 56 capacity building e˴ᕚձᐄ፬٫ʫfί
activities, involving 2081 participants were arranged for specialists, జѓಂʫd൙ᄲ҅ᑘ፬ə56ఙݺ
operators, local and international quality assurance (QA) practitioners/ ਗd2081ɛϣਞၾdʕܼ̍ሙᐄ
professionals and HKCAAVQ staff. A summary of the sessions ፬٫eਖ਼ʿ൙ᄲ҅ᔖࡰdһϞԸІऎ

Training needs of different stakeholders are continuously monitored ൙ᄲ҅ܵᚃீཀʔΝಬ༸ʲवจձ
and collected through various means, including opinion surveys ϗණܵ΅٫࿁ਕٙცӋdՉʕ̍
of training events, annual post-training participant evaluation, and ܼjݺਗจԈሜݟeਞ̋٫ٙ
suggestions from HKCAAVQ accreditation units. Based on the ϋܓ൙Пeʿ͟൙ᄲژ̈ٙܔᙄf
training needs analysis, training strategies and materials are regularly ൙ᄲ҅ٙഄଫʿҿdึΪᏐ
reviewed in response to the development of policies and practices of ცӋʱؓdৣΥ͉҅ٙ݁ഄ೯࢝ձྼਕ
