               A briefing was conducted in October 2018 to share with eligible   ீཀሜݟҬ̈࿁޴ᗫ؂ਕٙცӋܝd൙
               operators the tentative schedule of offering this new service, based on   ᄲ҅׵2018ϋ10˜ᑘ፬əɓఙᔊʧึd
               the findings from the demand survey. Interested parties may choose   ΣΥ༟ࣸٙᐄ፬٫પʧϤධ൙ᄲ؂ਕd
               to undertake two collective exercises in 2019/20 to maximise cost   Ԩʮ̺ə౤Զவධอ؂ਕٙᏝ֛ࣛග
               effectiveness, or to proceed as standalone exercises as usual. At the   ڌfމ༺Ї௰Գٙϓ͉ࣖूdϞจ͡ሗ
               initial stage, the eligibility criteria were set to ensure that institutions   ؂ਕٙᐄ፬٫d̙፯኿ਞၾ׵2019/20
               applying for the service have reasonable experience in the provision   ϋܓආБٙՇϣ˜໊ණό൙ᄲ™iאɓν
               of education or training. To facilitate operators in the preparation for   ֻ݅ఱࡈйሙ೻ఊዹආБ൙ᄲfϾ͡ሗ
               OLP accreditation, a workshop was also conducted in early 2019   Ϟᗫ؂ਕٙ৫ࣧ̀඲Ո௪ɓ֛઺ԃא੃
               focusing on the specific evidence requirements. 46 participants from   ৅຾᜕fމ՘пᐄ፬٫๟௪ၣɪሙ೻൙

               Revised Accreditation Standards under the                 ˜̬චݬሯ९ڭᗇ೻ҏ™൙ᄲ
               Four-stage Quality Assurance Process                       ᅺ๟ࡌࠈ͉


               Following the promulgation of the revised accreditation standards in   ᘱ˜̬චݬሯ९ڭᗇ೻ҏ™൙ᄲᅺ๟ࡌ
               April 2018 after the HKCAAVQ Council’s approval, the Manual of the   ࠈ͉׵ᐏ൙ᄲ҅ɽึஷཀdԨ׵Νϋ4
               Four-stage QA Process (the Manual) was developed as a single point   ˜Σ̮ʮ̺ܝd൙ᄲ҅Փ֛ə଄ႊ൙ᄲ
               of reference covering the process and revised accreditation standards   ೻ҏʿ൙ᄲᅺ๟ٙ˜̬චݬሯ९ڭᗇ೻
               for seeking accreditation under the HKQF. After its initial release in   ҏ™˓̅€ɨ၈˓̅dЪމ͡ሗ࠰ಥ༟
               2018, a refined version of the Manual was published in April 2019.   ዝݖ࿴ɨ൙ᄲٙ୕ɓਞϽ˖΁f˓̅׵
               Together with the Manual, Evidence Guides are also published to   2018ϋ࠯ϣ೯̺dԨ׵୤ϋ4˜ʮ̺ə
               provide assistance to operators in the selection and presentation of   ࡌࠈو͉fϤ̮d൙ᄲ҅ΝࣛՓ֛ə൙
               evidence to demonstrate meeting the revised accreditation standards   ᄲᗇኽኬˏd՘пᐄ፬٫̬ܲචݬሯ९
               at different stages of the Four-stage QA process.           ڭᗇ೻ҏɨʔΝචݬٙอࡌࠈ൙ᄲᅺ

               In order to explain the new features and enhancements of the revised   อࡌࠈٙ൙ᄲᅺ๟׵2019ϋ4˜ྼ݄
               accreditation standards, a special series of briefings was conducted   ۃd൙ᄲ҅ᑘ፬əɓӻΐᔊʧึdΣܵ
               for different stakeholders before the revised accreditation standards   ΅٫ᙕᙑอࡌࠈ൙ᄲᅺ๟ٙतᓃd˸ʿ
