Since July 2018, the training model was revised to engage ͟2018ϋ7˜ৎdᐄ፬٫֛ٙಂձ˴ᕚ
professional staff from HKCAAVQ accreditation units as trainers to ੃৅ᅼόЪ̈əሜ዆d͟ࠋப൙ᄲʈЪ
conduct regular and thematic training activities for operators. The ٙᔖࡰዄ΂ᑺ٫fϤධሜ዆ϙί౤Զһ
revised model aims to provide more hands-on guidance and up-to- εྼስ຾᜕ʿɓ˓Էɿf࣬ኽϞᗫٙจ
date examples. According to the opinion survey results, this strategy Ԉሜݟഐ؈dϤሜ዆Ϟࣖ౤ʺəᐄ፬٫
was proven to be effective in improving the overall satisfaction of ࿁੃৅ٙ዆᜗တจܓf݂Ϥd൙ᄲ҅ਗ਼
operators with our training service. In view of the positive outcome, ܲઋرҪவ˙ࣩᓒ࢝ЇՉ˼੃৅ᗳйf
the implementation of this strategy will be expanded as appropriate. ޴ᗫจԈሜݟഐ؈νɨj
