E d u c a t i o n ( I NQAAHE ) 2 0 1 5
Conference themed “Changing
Landscape of Higher Education:
N e w D e m a n d s o n Q u a l i t y
Assurance” in Chicago from 30
March to 2 April. The agenda of
the conference covered QA issues
arising from increased diversity
of higher education institutions,
the impact of internationalisation
on quality and quality assurance
and the impact of external quality
assurance on higher education
systems.

部及內部質素保證對高等教育的影
響。

Specialists to HKCAAVQ. HKCAAVQ
appoints Specialists to serve on
accreditation panels and to advise
on quality assurance matters.
As Specialists are key to our
accreditation process, HKCAAVQ
attach great importance to keeping
them abreast of the development of
the Council as well as the QF and
QR.

評審局於

一度的「專家委任典禮」，超過
80
名
行業專家出席，接受評審局委任或
續任成為評審局專家。評審局會因
應個別評審工作邀請專家出任評審
小組成員，於質素保證範疇上提供
其專業意見。由於評審局專家於評
審工作中肩負重任，評審局非常重
視與各人維持聯繫，定期通告評審
局、資歷架構及資歷名冊的最新發
展。
Launch of Quality Management
System
With the support of the Education
Bu r e a u t h r o u g h t h e Qu a l i t y
Enhancement Support Scheme
(QESS), the HKCAAVQ Quality
Management System (QMS) was
launched on 27 February 2015.
The QMS provides an internal
centralised database for storing
data in relation to academic and
vocational accreditation. With a
built-in Document Management
System, it offers users advanced
functions for approving documents,
retrieving, analysing and reporting
data.

評審局獲教育局「質素提升支援計
劃」的支持，於

日正式
推出質量管理系統。系統提供中央
資料庫儲存學術及職業評審的相關
資料，亦內置文件管理系統，方便
用戶處理包括審批文件、儲存、分
析及報告數據等進階功能。
