postsecondary institutions at postgraduate, degree and sub- dʿίڢ͉ή৷ഃʿਖ਼ุԃ
degree levels, and non-local learning programmes (NLP) registered ၍ૢԷୋ493່֛ɨʊΣڢ͉
or exempted from registration under the Non-local Higher and ήሙൗ̅ஈஈڗஈڗ፬ଣൗ̅א
