Operating lease payments represent rentals payable by the ᐄॡ༣˹ಛᕘܸ͉݊҅Ꮠ˕˹
Council for its office premises. Leases are negotiated for a term ፬ʮ܃ٙॡږfॡߒʿॡږٙՓ
of 5 years and rentals are fixed for 5 years. The Council has an ֛̻ѩމ5ϋಂf͉҅Ϟᛆ፯ᚃ

schedule as prescribed by the Ordinance. ͜f
