                        In the current year, the Council has applied HKFRS 9        ͉ϋܓd͉҅Ꮠ͜࠰ಥৌਕ
                        Financial Instruments  and the related consequential        జѓ๟ۆୋ9໮ږፄʈՈ ʿ
                        amendments to other HKFRSs. HKFRS 9 introduces new          Չ˼࠰ಥৌਕజѓ๟ۆٙ޴
                        requirements for 1) the classification and measurement of   Ꮠࡌࠈf࠰ಥৌਕజѓ๟ۆ
                        financial assets and financial liabilities, 2) expected credit   ୋ9໮ˏɝ1)ږፄ༟ପձږ
                        losses (“ECL”) for financial assets and contract assets and   ፄࠋවʘʱᗳʿࠇඎd2)ږ
                        3) general hedge accounting.                                ፄ༟ପձΥߒ༟ପٙཫಂڦ

                        The Council has applied HKFRS 9 in accordance with          ͉҅ʊ࣬ኽ࠰ಥৌਕజѓ๟
                        the transition provisions set out in HKFRS 9, i.e. applied   ۆୋ9໮༱ΐʘཀನૢಛᏐ
                        the classification and measurement requirements             ͜༈๟ۆdуj࿁࿚Їɚཧ
