Organised by the Qualifications Framework Secretariat and the Education Bureau, and co-organised by HKCAAVQ, the Seminar on Use of QF Credit and Credit Accumulation and Transfer (CAT) under QF took place on 10 October 2019 at the Education Bureau Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre, Kowloon.

The Seminar provided the updates on the indication of CAT information on the Qualifications Register (QR), good practices in the use of QF credit in CAT arrangement as well as benefits brought about by the indication of CAT information on the QR from the learners’ perspective and operators’ perspective.  Among the invited speakers are education and training institutions’ representatives, student representative and HKCAAVQ’s Executive Director Mr Albert Chow. The Seminar was well attended by over 150 representatives from higher education institutions, training organisations, corporate academies, and industries.
