A series of briefings-cum-workshops will be held for the QR Promotion Campaign 2022 with the aims to enrich participants’ understanding and knowledge about QF and QR, and to enhance their video production skills.

 

Each session of the briefing-cum-workshop has its own focus and message. Participants may join any of the sessions according to their own interest and need, while attending all three sessions will facilitate a more comprehensive understanding about QF and QR, as well as the full process of video production.

  • All sessions are free of charge.
  • Registrations are confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • There will be photo taking / video recording during the briefings-cum-workshops for publicity purpose.
  • Participants will be awarded with an e-Certificate of attendance after the event.

Please fill in the Online Form for registration. For secondary school students, registration can be submitted via schools.

 

Registrants / teachers-in-charge will be notified individually the result of registration and the detailed arrangement of the registered session within 5 working days upon successful registration.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All information provided by the participants must be true and correct.
  • Participating school is responsible for arranging their own transportation between the school and the venue, and to collect parental / guardian’s consent for each student.
  • All participants must comply with all the anti-epidemic measures of COVID-19 set out by the venue throughout the visits.
  • HKCAAVQ reserves the right to use the photos/videos taken/recorded in any form of media without seeking prior consent from the participants.
  • HKCAAVQ reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the content and format of the briefings-cum-workshops. In such case, registrants / teachers-in-charge will be informed accordingly.
  • All personal data provided will only be used for the purposes related to the registration of the briefings-cum-workshops and will be destroyed three months after the event.
  • HKCAAVQ reserves the right to make final decisions in all matters relating to the event, including the terms and conditions, and other arrangements.
  • Participants are regarded to accept and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions upon registration.
