Under the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance (CAP 592), organizations dissatisfied with QF-related decisions made by the HKCAAVQ may appeal to the Appeal Board of the Education Bureau. Such appeals are free of charge. Under the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance, organizations or individuals who are not satisfied with non-QF-related decisions made by the HKCAAVQ may apply to the Council for a review. All applications for review must be made on an application form and within 30 days of the receipt of the Council’s decisions by the organization or the individual. The fee of each application for review is one-third of the original accreditation/assessment fee. Such review fee must be paid together with the application.
