Presentation of Enlightening Topic in Global Forum Date: 2009.10.21 - 2009.10.24
At the Global Forum on Cross-border Higher Education held by the Observatory on Borderless Higher Education in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 21 to 24 October, Dr Alan Wu, Registrar of the HKCAAVQ, with his presentation titled “E-learning 2.0: its impact on cross-border education”, enlightened his audience of the growing influence of Web 2.0 technologies in e-learning, and its potential in cross-border education.
